This exciting tour can be considered a thrill of a lifetime as you fly through the jungle suspended by a zip line system consisting of 14 cables and 15 platforms with nice views of Herradura Bay, Los Suenos Resort, and island, Let your adrenaline flow while zipping up to 60 kph on a 2400 meters cable, the longest in the area. This is a discipline that has to do with climbing, caving, and hiking at once. It is an exciting multisport adventure that is gaining in popularity for the masses. It is not just for die-hard adventurers and expert climbers anymore. At Jaco Canyoning, you have the opportunity to experience true Canyoning even if you have never been in a harness. A short hike further and we will then “ZIP-OUT” on 2 Canopy Ziplines. The longest is over 2000 feet! We will then enjoy a tropical fruit snack and a beverage before returning to your hotel.

Crocodile Tour & Bird-watching

The adventure takes place on the Tárcoles River, one of four rivers flowing out into the Nicoya Peninsula, and home to one of the world’s largest crocodile populations in the wild with individuals up to fifteen feet long. In addition to the crocodiles, over fifty different kinds of birds can be seen on-site, including the very rare scarlet macaw and a great variety of resident and migrant waterfowl.
Iguanas and Jesus Cristo lizards are very common as well. Our tour is specially designed for the whole family, as well as for groups of bird watchers, adventurers, and naturalists. You will enjoy excellent views of all the beaches around Jaco, such as Playa Hermosa, Parrita, Herradura and Quepos, also we will find monkeys, coatis, two-toed sloths, toucans, macaws, and other different birds.
